Bedrooms
Both our bedrooms have an en suite bathroom  equipped with hairdrier, shower and towels

• Orchidea (2+2 people): big suite with a double bedroom and a sitting room with a sofa bed. The sitting room door  opens into the garden. Two steps lead to the bathroom and to a nice hall with a superbe entrance door.
• Tulipano (2+2 people): double bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed . En suite bathroom with shower. The door opens  into the garden.

 
Common  areas
The main door leads to a spacious and comfortable living room with exposed stone walls and beamed ceiling. It is elegantly and stylishly furnished and equipped with satellite tv.

An archway leads to a fully equipped kitchen area. The kitchen opens into a  sitting room with a double sofa bed. From the sitting room a door leads to the back of the house and to a small balcony furnished with table and chairs for dining outside. 

Equipment:
Satellite tv,  dishwasher oven, cooker, microwave oven, American and Italian coffee makers, espresso machine, table games, gazebo, BBQ, mountain bikes rented on place.
